TCV is one project under EU-MUTRAP with the overall objective: "Further Vietnam’s integration into international trading systems, enhance Vietnam – EU trade relations and maximize the benefits for economic development, inclusive growth and poverty reduction."

The specific objective of project: Increase participation of VAFIE and ASME and its members in policy development process for international trade and investment through Trade Advocacy Committees and enhance SME trade capacity and compliance with EU market requirements through Trade Nuclei network.

On June 4th, 2017, the Passion-fruit Nucleus from Gia Nghia Town, Dak Nong Province held its first meeting to work on nucleus approach introduced by the TCV project. After nearly three years of active implementation, today, Friday 23rd June, 2017 in Hanoi, Trade Capacity Project Vietnam (TCV), an EU-funded project under the European Trade Policy and Investment Support Project (EU-MUTRAP) of MOIT, holds its Closing Conference and Public-Private Dialogue on Improving Access of SMEs to National Technology Innovation Fund (NATIF).


From 5th to 9th of June, 2017, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao, TCV Project Coordinator and Ms. Nguyen Yen Phuong, TCV Project Manager for the South, had a review mission to Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho and An Giang.
