TCV is one project under EU-MUTRAP with the overall objective: "Further Vietnam’s integration into international trading systems, enhance Vietnam – EU trade relations and maximize the benefits for economic development, inclusive growth and poverty reduction."

The specific objective of project: Increase participation of VAFIE and ASME and its members in policy development process for international trade and investment through Trade Advocacy Committees and enhance SME trade capacity and compliance with EU market requirements through Trade Nuclei network.


(VEN) - The EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) is expected to increase annual bilateral trade by approximately 50 percent after it takes effect, and to encourage 39 percent of European businesses in Vietnam to increase investment in the country.

(VEN) - In his last days of 2016, Head of Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Vietnam, Ambassador Bruno Angelet spent time with Vietnam Economic News’ reporters Phan Mai and Nhat Quang, looking back on what Vietnam and the EU have achieved in the past year as well as plans devised by two sides towards the signing and ratification of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).

On the afternoon of 14th April, 2017, the Trade Nucleus under Can tho Business association (CBA) held a seminar on enhancing their business. On the morning of 10/03/2017 at the South Chamber of Commerce and Industry at 171 Vo Thi Sau street, Dist. 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Tran Quang Thang, TCV Trade Adviser attended a briefing session between Southern Business Associations on "One year performance of implementing Resolution 35 / NQ-CP on business support and development, direction and solutions in the coming time".
